MusoLingo is founded on neuroscience and a human desire to connect.

It's a movement - which is why we are launching in Manila with the world's first Barangay Beats event

"Because at the heart of MusoLingo is something deeply human:

A voice.
Trying to connect.
Trying to belong.

So join us, and Sing Your Way to Fluency!"

MusoLingo was born out of a simple but powerful question: what if we could learn languages the same way we learn songs?

I’m Nicole Salisbury, founder of MusoLingo. My journey started as a singer — signed to a label, played on national radio, chasing the dream of being a rock star. Life took me into the heart of the music industry, first at BMG and then Sony Music, right at the moment when Napster came knocking and digital technology turned everything upside down. I saw firsthand what happens when industries resist innovation — and how quickly the world changes when they embrace it.

That experience stuck with me. Years later, after travels that shaped my perspective and countless conversations about learning, culture, and connection, I had an idea: what if language learning could harness the same power that makes music unforgettable?

Think about it. We struggle to memorize grammar rules, but we never forget the lyrics to our favourite songs. Music bypasses logic and goes straight to memory. Science now confirms what artists have always known: music lights up the brain, boosts empathy, and even synchronises our heartbeats when we sing together.

MusoLingo takes that magic and transforms it into a tool for real learning. Our app blends AI, gamification, and karaoke-style singing to make language learning not just effective, but fun. Users aren’t just memorising vocabulary — they’re singing their way into fluency, building confidence, and rediscovering the joy of music along the way.

But MusoLingo is more than an app. It’s a movement to democratize both music and language. In ancient cultures, singing and performance weren’t reserved for a chosen few — they were part of everyday life. With MusoLingo, we’re bringing that spirit back. A 16-year-old in Manila can sing her favorite Beyoncé song, share it with the world, and in the process, learn the English she needs to change her future for the better.

We’re building not just a product, but a bridgebetween cultures, generations, and people everywhere who want to be understood.
